Did anyone work out how to do this? I have the same problem - TV is now a useless lump of plastic.

Yes i have the same problem, how can i unblok my Dual tv/dvd model 1541, it seems that i pressed the wrong bottons and i bloked it !!! now i cant watch TV or DVD !! please help !!
