Veritas R8 Compact?

Does anyone know the default engineer code
Does anyone know the Default User code
Also if the panel has been powered down for along time does it go back to factory settings

Could you please send me the manual too, im trying to do a part set which i think ive set up, but there is no time delay on zone 1 (hall) for me to turn it offr before alarm sounds.

Any ideas?

Default User is 4321
Default Engineer is 1234
If the system has been without power the NVM still holds the programmed settings.
If you need to know how to reset all to default and how to reprogram, leave your email address here and I will send you the installation manual.
