I have a Regal Kitchen Pro 6743. Here is their Classic White recipe for a Large loaf, setting 1 (light crust) setting 2 (dark)
All ingredients at room temperature.
9-11 ounces Water
1 3/4 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Butter or Margerine
4 cups Bread Flour
2 tablespoons Sugar
2 tablespoons Dry Milk
2 1/4 teaspoons Active Dry Yeast
Press Stop to clear display. Select desire setting: 1 or 2.
Press Start. When unit signals and the display reads 0:00, press Stop and remove the bread.
Large Light takes 3 hours 10 minutes
Large Dark takes 3 hours 20 minutes
