same engine code changed mass air flow ,lamba sensor .crank sensor still no luc any ideas

try checking timing chain, and they also had the ecm reprogramed as did the primera p12s while under warranty

lets think about this ...... maybe start the engine take some starting fluid ... spray on the intake manifold where the gasket is perfer around cylinder 4 maybe you will see a change in running ... maybe do it when its good and warmed up

They had alot of problems with injectors also

on my auto data cd it says fault p0304 in cyclinder 4 misfire cause engine machnical fault,wiring, ignition/fuel system, injector, ect/maf sensor, ecm hope it helps
