Mend Grohe Flush Water System

I've fitted 2 of these toilet flush systems, both of which suffer from a constant trickle of water into the loo - I've noticed the pimple on the washers and burst them but they still dont work. anyone any idea were to get new washers from ?

Same problem in Israel guys :) sorry. i'm now trying to stop this trickle of water, and haven't found a way.. from what i've read online - its just needs a replace of some rubber...
