why is my bosch classixx 1400 stopped taking the conditioner?

The stale smell is possible because you are not using a hotter wash than 50 or 60 if you are using liquid change to powder and other way round then do a boil wash every week with no clothes or washing solution for the next 6-8 weeks then at least once a month every month which will dissolve any build up of detergent.

Try cleaning the roof of the soap drawer box,u will have to remove drawer 1st,there are some small holes where the water comes out of, if u concentrate on the ones above the conditioner section of the drawer you may find it blocked, cleaning it should solve the problem. PS have u already cleaned the little syphon fitted in the soap drawer.
