whats woring with my Bosch exxcel 1200 washing machine?

Water is left in fabric softner dispenser because syphon is blocked. To release syphon pull up and back, make sure it is clean inside the syphon tubes. At the back of the tray is a tyangle hole which should be clear.
The smell is soap and dirt left in the machine because of low temp washes (30-40 degree). washing mashines need one 90 degree wash every month to keep them clean. Put it on a 90 degree wash with bio powder no clothes once every two months and it should start to smell better.
