What is a F61 error on a panasonic SA-HT895 DVD home theater

hi guys im new to these forums so bear with me my panasonic sc ht545w sound surround dvd player suddenly came up with this message from nowhere i checked on line and what is said on this site is correct f61 is to do with the fans and overheating i removed the cover removed both fans from the case only 2 screws hold them in and 1 wiring plug connection on both onto the circuit board i cleaned all the dust etc off using my hoover with the brush attachment then i gave them a spray of wd40 type spray then i used my hoover pipe to suck air through the fans and let them spin rapidly for about a minute each gave the excess wd40 a a wipe off with a cloth reconnected them replaced the cover and hey presto working 100% also before i had this problem for about a month before when i first turned on the player there was a loud whirring noise for about 1 minute looking back now this was clearly an indication that the fans were getting blocked hope this helps and saves you guys a few quid by the way im not an electrician or a computer whizz just a car mechanic good luck hope this helps.

HI guys I saw many people with this problems F61 I am a computer technician so I don't really work with tv or home T/ but that's a simple problem with this units and the reason that I am giving you this tips because my freind had the same problem so I checked his unit and I found the problem ... ok f61 is mostlly over heating power problems like shorts o cooling fan. my friend problems it was the cooling fan.
if you have the same problems just check your cooling fan make sure it spins or remove any dust in cooling funs and problems solve also coolinf fan cost like original $20.00 generic cost less just in case U need one

I am in the Morocco it ya not technician's ban which be able to regler problem on my her ak78 .ya t it a resolution for her and thank you
Same problem with my sa-ak15....one question....how many of you guys opened up you panasonic unit?
I opened it up to hardwire the power to the board instead of that unplugging piece....it didnt work before anyway....
do you think it could just be a fuse?

I'm experiencing the same problem with my SA-AK78 stereo, it turns off and the code F61 appears in the sceen. Do you know what it does mean for this stereo???

F61 for SAHT75 = Power amplifier output error or power supply circuit error.
Supply voltage for IC501 (Power Amplifier).
Approx. +60.0V dc at pins 3 & 20.
Approx. -60.0V dc at pins 4 & 21.
A qualified engineer may check the above voltages.

Sorry, I see its a DVD surround system. I was half asleep reading that. I may be able to advise with model number, as the F61 code can mean different things on different models.
