Mend Roper RES7646KQ2 Dryer Repair No Heat

How do I fix this?

I have a Roper Electric Dryer Model # RES7646KQ2 that comes on, spins but does'nt dry.

This has happened to me twice with this same dryer. Both times, the power cord "fried" where it is screwed into the terminal. What could cause it to keep doing this? The original power cord install was by Lowes, the second power cord repair was done by a local appliance repairman.

Heater element is most likely broken. Replace the heater element mfr replacement part number is 279838 approx $35 at partsadvantage.com. This seems to be a regular problem with this dryer as I've now gone thur 2 elements in 5 years.
