Mend Neff B1451 Oven Grill Replace

how do I fix my neff oven (B1451) grill element?

I have managed to replace the fan element on my oven however I am not sure how you remove and replace the Grill element as there are no obvious screws that can be accessed from the inside. Does teh oven need to be removed to access this from the rear?
