Mend Force 50 Hrs Running Fuel Carb

my force outboard needs fixin?

How can I get my motor running again after its been sitting with fuel in it. It started then stopped. I think carb problems, please help!
It is a force 50 Hrs. engine 1989

take carbs off and rebuild take apart completley clean out with carb cleaner.also change water pump in lower and thermostat on cylinder head if its sat long
