How can I fix my Amana LWD0AW Washing Machine?

I went in the other day after the cycle had finished to water all over my floor. Is this a seal/gasket problem or a water pump problem? It sat in my Aunt's garage for over a year before I got it and this happened on the 2nd use of it. How do I replace the seals/gasket if that is the problem?
