The PRD device has activated. Are you supplied by hard water, is the heater tank furred up. If so probably easier to replace the shower.
PRD will open up due to tank overpressure, blocked hose or handset or similar. Contact the maker,probably triton.
Quote the Rating/product label should be underneath next to shower hoseoutlet and inside next to teminal block.
