My Digibox MD398IFO has read error?

Hi, I Use frequently my Digibox MD398IFO in my PC with GNU/LinuxUbuntu, and today i plug it in a PC with Microsoft windows xp and pass a Music file to probe it, and now it has read error, and can't enter into menu.

Thats any way to reboot it? or to go into menu?.

its a Digibox MD398IFO with 1Gb internal memory, and Micro SD expantion bay
