Mend Hotpoint WF840 Washing Machine Repair

How can I fix my Hotpoint WF840 washing machine?

My Hotpoint WF840 Ultima Washing Machine gets down to approximately 7 mins to the end of programme and then goes back to 45 minutes - how do I stop this happening?

Had the same problem, Engineer came and reprogrammed the Eprom, been ok since.

i will tell you the answer it needs reprograming and you will need an hotpoint engineer to do that. the problem is with the eprom om the power board call hotpoint and it will be done in 5 minutes call 08709 066 066

What is the washer doing for the extra 45 mins? Is it rinsing the clothes again? If so, you might be over soaping the machine and tripping a sensor.
