how can i program keys?

if you got a blue master key and a programed key put blue key in turn on ingnition pos 2 for 5secs then turn off take out put 2nd key in turn on ignition pos 2 for 5 secs then put in unprogramed key turn on ignition for 10 secs then turn off take out lock and unlock van then try to start usin new key
