repair parts?

As I am sure you have come to find, The Berkline Corp. and Benchcraft are no longer in business so will not honor warrantees nor supply parts. If an individual can be certain that the recliner (single, loveseat, sofa or sectional) is indeed a Berkline or Benchcraft unit, they may be able to locate replacement mechanisms, springs or other parts at : lulusoso.com . Bear in mind that these parts are universal in nature so some adaptation may be necessary to fit the mechanism to the wooden frame and some measuring of the existing frame may be necessary to "get as close as possible". Bear in mind also that in addition to the purchase price, a user will pay shipping to their location.

WARNING: Buyer Beware, Berkline filed for bankruptcy an Will Not Honor their Warranty. They are trying to unload what they have in stock, they are not telling you about your warranty until you file a claim.

I think I have the same problem with a Berkline. I neede a cable and they won't fdix it the right way.

I found this pamphlet. The Berkline Corporation at One Berkline Drive, Morristown TN 37813

Did you find the manufactuer on the chair somewhere? I have a recliner that need a part and I don't know what brand it is as I can't find anything marked on the chair. I have this pamplet so I was thinking maybe it is a Berkline that is why I aked if you found it marked somewhere?
