My machine is only just over 12 months old. an repair man has replaced the main control unit but the problem is still there. It only spins on a full load the drum is turning slowly when it dosn't spin. The repair man dosn't seem to have a clue and will end up repacing everything. So i don't realy want to spend any more money on it if it realy could be anything. Please Help.
put 2 or 3 towels in and rebalance the load...turn to final spin

my Servis XL6 , turn it to wash, no water ges in, turn it to spin , the pump still works , the motor justs turns slow, but ,no rinse, again no spin ? help

But the machine will only spin if and the drum is jam packed full. Which is difficult as its got a 6KG drum. It won't spin with any thing less than Jam packed full . Whether its empty, half full, 3/4 full, i've tryed every way. Any sugestions??

hi nearly all modern servis washing achines have a problem where the wont spin, it is always the board, however yours dosnt soud faulty it sounds like it cannot acheive balance, with small loads(an extreme example would be 1 towel) the wont spin because the weight cannot be easaly distibuted so when it builds the speed up( test spins) it sees an uneven turning of the drum and slows down agqain to redistribute load and trys again so on and so forth. eventually they try for about 10 mins and give up. it sounds likley to be underloaded.
