How to do I sort out my fridge?

I have a samsung rs21dcns I have had it for just over a year and the water dispenser has stopped working properly and it does not produce ice cubes as it should I have been told that the bung hole freezes up so you have to unblock it first off I dont have a clue where it is and if it isnt this what could it be
