how can i fix my vauxhall combo 1.7d?

i'm having problems starting my w reg vauxhall combo. when turning the key it seems as the battrey is dead,but had it tested. i've also changed the starter motor but still no joy, checked earthing bond also. anybody out ther that can help? thanks

check the glow plugs. one or two of them may be burnt out.

Check the ignition fuse in the main and stem fuse boxes or you have earthing probs
