hotpoint mistral plus fridge freezer?

When I save at +3 , it says +6 . Is that the outside temperature ? My freezer says -21 is that ok ?

after being turned off for repair my hotpoint ultima FFA97 is still making a bleeping noise still after 2 hours when will this stop and when will the temp stop showing 0 degrees and show -3

Press the FF once again and all else being equal it should stop the fast freeze.

You press the FF (fast freeze) button to turn off the FF sign - I am surprised this remains on as it should go off after 2 days, so perhaps the problem is solved by now.. However, this is not the reason for the food in the fridge being iced-up. To stop the food freezing, look in the lowest cabin in the fridge (meat/fish tray) towards the back is a hole and you need to block that hole (blue tac will do) and this should prevent the food in the fridge being froze.

Note also that food with high water content such as vegetable should not be put in this lower tray as food therein has a tendency to freeze.

You can also set the temperature for the fridge compartment by pressing the temperature set button repeatedly until you reach the desired temp between 2 and 6 and then press save.
