how can I fix my Mitsubishi 1080?

I turn on the T.V. and the green light goes on for a few seconds and then the T.V turns off. What's wrong?

I had to unplug and plug the TV like a computer...it would work great but today no luck it wont stop blinkin....probably has windows inside....help
