How can I Fix my Sharp TV?

Well, it's a weird problem. From time to time, the TV just doesn't turn on. For instance, 3 weeks ago it stoped working again, and now it's turning on again.

And there's another problem. Also, from time to time, the image loses the red tone completely. There's no red in the image. But, sometimes, it comes back and has all the colors.
