OPTIMA X M 6?

48 HRS AGO WE HAD A POWER CUT LASTING 2 HRS.
ON REPAIR SUPPLY RED POWER INDICATOR CAME ON
BUT GREEN DAY INDICATOR DID NOT SHOW.WHITE STROBE LIGHT O/SIDE IS FLASHING (NO ALARM SOUND).
INSTALLERS D G SERVICES KINGS NORTON B/HAM ADVISED THESE SIGNS INDICATE BACKUP BATTERY IS RECHARGING.
IF THIS CORRECT HOW MUCH LONGER DO I WAIT BEFORE ALARM SYSTEM IS PRIMED

Mr Derek Styler,
sounds like your battery needs replacing,
anyway,to get it up and running again simply turn of the mains power,
remove front cover and disconnect the battery, then reconnect mains then the battery and replace front cover.
enter your code to reset it then press reset.
Your system should be back up and running again.
(there is a chance that the system could go back to factory set conditions , if this happens enter 0123 to put the system into day mode then e-mail me johnny_two_bob@yahoo.co.uk and i'll send you the engineer and user manual in pdf format.
