ours did that. I put pressure against the door (towards machine) turned it off, it made a clicking noise then when i turned it back on and pulled the door it opened. However i think thats just the start of your problems ours now bangs and this morning. the button went pop the dial for wash cycle is spinning around. So i would get someone to look at it!
