after disconnecting power supply, the alarm sounded and went quiet, when power reconnected alarm could not be reset.
power to device light is still on.

Agradecia de antemão, se houver por aí­ uma alma caridosa, que me possa ajudar.
Tenho um alarme Optima XM, que está parado há 10 anos. Já comprei as baterias para substituir as velhas. Mas como já não me lembro do código, não consigo que funcione. Ligo-o e começa logo a berrar. Já tentei introduzir o código de fábrica, mas continua a berrar. O que poderei tentar fazer mais??? Se alguém aí me puder ajudar agradecia sinceramente. Obrigado...

When I set my alarm it continues to make a noise and does not cut off when I leave the house. It used to beep for about 30 secs still we cleared the house but now it just keeps on beeping. Feel there must be a simple solution

Omitting a zone, clear or in fault may be done by during the exit period. Pressing the OMIT button will change the exit tone to an omit tone, pressing 0 resets any false
selections, pressing 2 selects zone two etc. The relevant zone indicators will now flash to show the zones which are about to be turned off. When selection is complete, press the set button and the exit tone will continue. A maximum of three of the four zones may be omitted in this way.
