Mend Maytag Dryer Belt Drum

How do i tighten the belt on my maytag dryer?

So our dryer was running really loud, sounded like the drum was lose, and it would shut off after running for only a short time of running, so i took it apart, and tookthe drum out and everything, but now i dont know how to tighten the belt back on, i have it run through the pully, and all that, but i dont know how to get it to tighten..MAYTAG
