Mend Rover 214si Start Help Spark Tested

My Rover 214 si won't start?

Please can somebody help me. My rover 214 si won't start sometimes it has a spark other times it won't. The ecu has been tested, the crank shaft the sensors and when it is put on a diagnosticts machine it says that there ar eno faults with the electris etc.
The immoboliser is fine I just don't know what the problem is.

Rover Rover 214si Vehicles, Cars Start Help Spark Tested

I stopped at the traffic lights and my car turned off. At first I thought my petrol ran out but I still have enough to drive further 30 miles apprx. The dash board lights come on but no spark, what can it be?
