My Ravenheat Combi Boiler isn't working...no hot water or heating?

hello!
my ravenheat boiler is causing us nothing but trouble. Its around 5 yrs old and was fine for the 1st 3 yrs but since then we have had nothing but problems.
When the hot taps are on the boiler turns its self on and off allowing cold water to run in between. It will go from frezzing cold to red hot no in between. We are unable to program the heating to come on anymore we have to manually switch it on. The pressure on the boiler will drop below the red dial every few months leaving us with no hot water or heating at all until we up the gauge. please help!!

called to see to a csi 85t boiler with no ch or hw boiler would come on as you looked at it with out doing anything at all to it then it wont work at all book says to look at main switch then points you to the pcb board there is 240 volts at the incoming mains at the board connections as nothing is running at all like the pump fan theres a thermistor stat on the ch side with two yellow wires to it this stat has to work for the boiler to begin the start up mode if it packs up it gives the symtoms of exspensive repair when the the stat is only a few quid an easy to replace you have to start somewere as they say

does the fan start? If so is the fan pressure switch located an the top right hand side sensing the pressure difference.

Its probably an electronic ignition so there won't be a flame. The fan may not be turning fast enough, try spraying the shaft of the fan with silicon oil. Same thing happened to mine. Now it works fine.
