You need two special tools. One is a dense stick of wood. Beech would do, and dry. Or something else not soft and prone to splitting. The other is a hammer. When you have the brake exposed. wind it round so one bit of the brake is about horizontal, and in a position so you can put the stick on the right hand side. (It's a LH thread!!!!) Make sure the engine is switched off. Then belt the stick to rotate the brake. You may need several tries. DON'T BE TEMPTED TO USE A METAL ROD INSTEAD OF A STICK.
If you don't understand what is being attempted here, don't try it, get someone who knows to show you. It's cheaper that way.
