Mend Belling Gas Hob Up

The knobs on my gas hob won't turn/appear to be seized up?

3 out of the 4 rings on my Belling Gas Hob have stopped working. the Knob used to turn them on have stuck and won't turn? What do i need to do?

i have a belling model 152, and only one of the knobs wont turn ,took the knob off and wd40 under the knob, but still not turning, ant suggestions please
