Mend Delonghi GDF603L Oven Hob Grill

How can I fix my Delonghi GDF603L cooker ?

I have a free standing gas/electric cooker. The hob is Gas and oven is electric fan assited. The oven is not heating up. The fan does come on but only circulates cool air even at full heat setting. The electric grill is working fine. Any ideas what might be wrong ?
