I Had one bought for me four months ago, I have had no problems with until the other day.
I was uploading some more music to my mp3 when the electric for the whole house triped out. now my mp3 will not turn on
I press the on button the device lights up matsui comes on the screen and stays there and the screen flashes. then to turn it off I cant use the off switch I have to remove the battery.

They are appalling products and if you have any problems with them then you should just take them back and demand a refund. You're not alone in this!
