Mend Tevion T1413 Tv Lock Blue Screen

How can I remove lock on my TV T1413?

When I switch on my Tevion portable TV (T1413) I just get a Blue screen with the word lock in the top left hand corner. How do I get past this? It is obviously a three digit code, but I dont know what it is? It happaned after I finished tuning Sky TV to it.
