Mend Logik LK-54 Tv Left Side

I have a logik tv and it shows a blue screen with a lock on the left side?

I have a logik tv and it shows a blue screen with a lock sign on the left hand side. It does show any picture or sound, it's locked. How do i go about unlocking the tv? The model of the logik is a LK-54
