Peugeot 206 xreg automatic gearbox fault?

car will not drive at all now! gearbox playing up before but problem sorted itself?

Peugeot Peugeot 206 Vehicles, Cars Gearbox Automatic Peugeot 206

bought 206 auto in 2001.problem started after 10 months.warning lights flashing between sport and ice.main dealer did a diagnostic and it ran ok for a year. they replaced box free of charge after a lot of arguing. problem has now started again april 07.didnt find out exact nature of problem but it is obviously a design fault.
