car speedometer overlay?

where can i get a speedometer overlay to convert K P H to M P H for my landrover discovery imported from japan.
1996 300 tdi. speedo size 100mm diameter.

Best way is simply to replace the speedo/rev counter assembly with a secondhand uk part, about 20 quid on ebay. as an added bonus, you get a odometer reading in miles. takes about 20 minutes, six screws, electrics are plugs.
