how can i adjust the picture?

i have a panasonic pt-53wx42 wide screen tv. it has multiple images n i already tried fixin the convergence n did not work. there's also a black line on top as if the picture is dropping. my question is do i have take the tv apart to adjust the projection tubes or can i fix it with the remote?

on the remote there is a zoom button click that until you find the suitible screen that you want you dont have to take the tele apart all you have to do is use the remote .
