Mend HP a465w Power Laptop Button

if power supply led light is still on in back of pc why wont my pc power up?

why wont pc power up when i push in power button? led light is on in back by power supply hp pavillion a465w

Forgive me but are you sure that model is a laptop? If it isn't a laptop then that light at the back is probably the Ethernet card. When you try to power up what does happen? Noises, beeps, what?
