how do i fix my ford transit van t260 tdi hard to start?
my ford transit van t260 tdi swb 52 plate is hard to start in the morning, and when left sitting for at least five hours the same happens again it is hard to start. but once started you can turn engine off and restart no prblem.
could be fuel filter head, or fuel pipe on suction side of filter chaffed through

heater plugs would be the starting piont (pardon the pun) if it blows smoke when it starts, it is likely to be the injectors, these vans hardly get major problems
