my mini moto wont start?

hi i just brought a mini moto it starts when it feels like it and then konks out after about 20 seconds also when it does start it wont go along with me on it please help asap

my mini moto wont start i have cleaned the carb, check spark plug and put fresh petrol in can any one help me to fix this

put the choke on wen u first start it 4 about 2n a half mins then turn it off then go the bike wont go if the choke is on
