how do you fix a paper jam on er 4900?

I get an error message PP which I have found out means paper jam or ink cartridge jam. Can anyone tell me how to fix a paper jam on er 4900.

Hi
PP stands for Printer Problem.
It is most likely that you have a paper jam and the only thing you can do with taking the printer to bits is get a Laminated both sides Strip of paper and try to feed it through and if you can get it through it will clear any small bits of jammed paper.
