THE PROBLEM WITH MACHINE IS IT WILL NOT DRAIN.
I HAVE CHECKED FOR BLCKAGE IN THE DRAIN LINE INCLUDING THE SUMP PUMP CLEANED I JUST DRAINED THE MACHINE BY DROPPING THE DRAIN HOSE INTO BOWL LOWER THAN THE DRUM WHICH ALSO SHOWS NO BLOCKAGE BETWEEN DRUM AND DRAIN . REGARDS BOB
have you checked if the pump is working put in to spin programe is the outlet pipe going to the sink outlet may be blocked .try removing grey out let hose from m/c put on cold tap to see if any blockage eg 1p /5p check water flow
