Mend Whirlpool ADP4403 Not Wash Properly

My Whirlpool adp4403 does not seem to wash all my dishes properly?

Recently i have noticed that the top rack of my dishwasher does not clean properly - it leaves traces of foodstuff whereas the bottom is fine. I have checked the jets and they do not seem to be blocked - any suggestions
