Mend Howdens HJA8630 Help Dishwasher Cycles

Can anyone help with dishwasher problem?

We have a lamona hja8630 dishwasher from howdens, only 18 months old,following last two cycles Ive noticed that the detergent dispenser has not opened during the wash & therefore dishes not properly cleaned. Can anyone help?

set the spray arms in any given point, then turn to wash and when working for about a minute open again and see if the spray arms have moved, if not i would be almost certain the impellar has come loose in the wash pump motor but you could always check it for a blockage
