Zanussi washing machine won't rinse?

Sorry to hear this Jessicas mum. Hard work!. You don't mention the model number. Perhaps academic as it is an odd fault. If it is an older model, perhaps it is hot and cold feed?. It is possible that you have the hoses transposed, and the water simply isn't coming in to do the rinse!!!. Pumps can pack up mid cycle, water valve is part of circuit on older models. If it is a newbeee as in last 14 years, could be water valve . Did clothes used to come out warm after spin?.Think you should relate age/model of machine. Could help then rather than conject. lol Ric
