knocking noise on one wheel when driving?

does any one know what the problem is. there is a knocking noise when driving and you can feel it vibrating through the car floor vauxhall vectra 1.8 ls 1997

It sounds like it could be your CV joint. You really need to take everything off to have a look. Especially pull the gaiter off and look inside the joint.

sounds like a ball joint gone m8,or possibly a antiroll bar drop link
