managed t solve this problem, fit 2nd hand motor, easy t get t, 10 quid, best part of 100 quid 4 a new 1, and t answer my question the resistor is on the side of the motor, which is located under driverside of the dash, 30 mins tops out n in, unless ya brake it , realy brittle plastic, thanks any way.
