zanussi fls-1183w makes loud knocking noise on fast spin?

We have a zanussi fls-1183w washing machine which has started making this occasional loud knocking on spin. Presumbably this will get worse. Is this an esy fix? I know in the past when we had it under extended guarantee we had it fixed twice due to the drum dropping.
