how can i fix my rear projection mitsubitshi wide screen hdtv?
i power on the tv then in about 3 secs the tv powers off without showing a picture.i am offshore 100 miles out in the gulf at this time & don't know the model but it was the first widescreen hdtv sold.i bought it about seven year ago.
That's a safety feature of the set. It knows something is wrong and switches off to protect itself and you.
There are dozens of reasons this could happen and your best option would be to have it repaired professionally.
